My poster arrived damaged, what do I do? - Please refer to our Refund tabs for more information.
Here at Color Me Fun, we make sure your package is delivered to you in the most tiptop shape! We understand that sometimes mishaps happen during the shipping of our items and that the shipping process may not always be to kind to our products. In the circumstance you order has arrived damaged, please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the item and the package to Hello@colormefun.com. We hope to resolve this issue and get you back to being the artist that you are!
What if my item is lost or stolen?
If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not arrived at your door step, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up especially during the holiday season. Packages tend to get scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still on its way.
In addition, please keep in mind that Color Me Fun is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. You can reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
What do you recommend for coloring the posters?
With the Color Me Fun Poster, we believe that our Color Me Fun Markers are the best for our posters. We want you to be the artist and with that being said… all coloring tools can be used, i.e. Watercolor, Markers, paint, Color Pencils, Pastels, and more! Let your artist mind run wild and color your poster however you want.
Will markers bleed through the posters?
We use a heavy weight 40 lb card stock to stand up to most coloring tools. If coloring with paint, watercolor paint, or permanent markers, we suggest to but a poster board, foam board or card board behind the poster to ensure safety to your walls and falls from being stained.
Will personalized posters take longer to ship? (If CMF does a personalized collection)
Personalized posters will take a little time to process before shipping as the customization for the poster will require more time and labor. Please note if you’re considering purchasing a personalized poster as a gift to keep in mind the time it will take to make and get shipped to you.
How do you recommend hanging the posters?
We recommend using painter's tape, 3M Poster strips and decorative push pins that match the poster theme.
An email was sent with my tracking information, but I am seeing no movement in my item, what is happening?
Once you receive your tracking number please allow a few days for the post office to scan your item. If there is no movement, this does not mean your package is lost.
In cooperation with CDC guidelines, the post office is slowing down due to social distancing and are taking longer to scan. Please be patient under these trying times.

I'm a retailer, can I buy Color Me Fun posters at wholesale?
Wholesale orders will be considered for select brick-and-mortar retailers. If you are interested in carrying Color Me Fun in your retail store, please introduce yourself by email and include the name of your store and a link to your website to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $12.00. We provide free shipping when you spend over $75 on US orders.
What is your shipping time?
We are located in CA, USA. We require 1-2 BUSINESS days to process the order and then Standard shipping is 2 to 10 days depending on USA location.

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it.
