We have a policy of 30 days
We do not offer returns, only refunds of store credit or exchanges if the item shipped to you was damaged.
Refunds are granted (if applicable) if the item is damaged or missing due to our error and returned to us with in 30 days.
If you are approved for any of the above (refund/exchange) you will receive an email from us in regards to the approval and your refund. The payment will be processed and automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that all sales are final if you purchased our Personalized Posters or our seasonal collections.

Late or missing refunds
If applicable for our refund please allow about 5 business days to process.
If the refund has not shown in your bank account, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the process to be posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, these items are final.
We only replace items if the item was damaged during shipping or wrong poster was sent out due to our error.
